Hi. Does anyone know how to save the changes made in the Switchboard Settings window. I have unticked "Show Presence of" some groups, but each time I exit 3CX Phone Client, everything is ticked again, it doesn't remember the options I select or de-select.

I have not experienced this myself although I have not used the Mac client for some time now (since the feature set is far inferior to Windows or the Web Client).

Check you are running Mac OS 10.10 or higher first and if not already try a removal of the client from the Mac reboot, re-installation and re-provision.

    Hello @jasonhayes

What version of the client are you running so i can try and replicate? Are you on the latest PBX version?

Running macOS high Sierra V 10.13.2 and the 3CX V15.5 R2 Client 15.11.112. I have now installed the 3CX Phone Client on two Mac's (running the same versions above) and both have the same issue. Any options you select to turn off "Show Presence of" within "Switchboard settings" are lost when you exit the client and re-start it.

    Happy New Year! :)

We managed to replicate this, thank you for bringing it to our attention. I will try to update you if and when it has been addressed.

Can I add one more bug?

The order of Call History is a bit strange, doesn't appear in Date Order (see attached).

Works fine in the Windows Client.

    Hi Jason
Jason, what's the client version? I'm asking because we fixed the sorting order bug in Call History quite long time ago, and on our clients calls appears properly sorted.
    Thanks

Hmmm, it might be something similar with a bug we found recently on iOS:
can you open please your MAC System Preferences / Language & Region and tell me the Region, Calendar and Time Format?

Our customer had the same issue and was suddenly solved. Don't know if there was an update for Mac or 3CX Phone? Can you check both?
