3CX Phone system 12 - change of IP address - tunnel failed

    Hey there.

    I have recently changed IP address of our 3CX Phone system.

    I checked through the advanced settings and configuration fields and made sure all instances of the old IP address have been updated.

    Everything is working fine with internal extensions and SIP trunks but the 3CX tunnel which was working has now stopped.

    I am running a pfSense firewall and have set it up exactly as outlined in all the guides and as metnioned above SIP trunks are working fine so 5060 and the RTP ports 9000-9099 are being correctly NAT'd through the firewall.

    When I check the states I can see a remote 3CX Phone application attempting to make a NAT connection through to port 5090 but it never completes correctly.

    Does the 3cx Server log show anything?
