3CX phone system API not connecting

    Does anyone Have any tips on configuring to have presence working on 3cx phone for windows?

    Everytime it registeres the message about connection problem with 3cx Phone system api is shown.

    Any config routing tips? if i turno FQDN off and work only with server public IP address ( no NAT ) it will work better?

    As a first step please ensure your 3cxphone is provisioned using welcome email or in PnP from management console.
