3CX PHONE SYSTEM WAN CONFIGURATION

    Hi, I need help to configure the 3cx phone, when I configure in the LAN, it run OK, but when I trate (try) to conect the 3cx phone trough the Internet I have poblem because in the 3CX PHONE it appear like Register but in the 3CX PHONE SYSTEM dont appear like register, then I can't to do calls. The all ports that the 3CX PHONE SYSTEM MANUAL are opened i the both Router (ADSL ROUTER).

    OK,

    YOu have a softphone, you can connect that one ok in a lan environment, but does not work in a wan environment.

    Softphone registered in both lan and wan environment at the phone itself but only registered in the lan environment.

    This is most likely a NAT issue.

    What you can try is:

    On the softphone use the router as the gateway, on the router have the internet IP address mapped to the 3cx server.

    The router that is near to 3CX SERVER is configurated the NAT for mapped de 3CX SERVER. The remote softphone appear the green botton like register but in the Console of 3CX SERVER don't appear register. The i caoldn't make a call.
