3CX Phone System

    Does 3CX Phone system have a recording option to record calls between agents and clients to monitor performance.

    Hi there,
    Yes you can record the calls of an agent, by going in his extension settings / Options tab / tick Record all calls.
    Then you can listen those from web reports depending on your rights.

    when i purchase the 3CX phone system Pro package which is for 1210 USD is it once in a life time or i have to renew the license on yearly bases.
