3cx phone v12 and cloud

    Hi all
    we have cloud system upgrade from v11.
    all 3cx phone on v11 work but when we try with 3cx pohone v12 only the first tenant can ear call... all other tenant have one way audio and it's only with 3cx phone v12.

    Do you know why ?

    There were changes to the way the ports work in v12 if I recall.

    I would run Wireshark if possible and get a trace to see what ports are trying to be accessed.
