I have a few users who use their extension in 3CXPhone for Windows in CTI for their deskphone, in addition to the Android client. Problem is sometimes when they get a call, after they hang up, the desktop app still shows on the call. If they click end, it says "invalid connection ID" at which point they have to exit and restart 3cxPhone for Windows. This does not happen to users who do not use the Android client in addition to the Windows client. Most, if not all of the affected users are part of ring groups that ring two extensions, in case that has something to do with it.

    So to sum up:

Users probably part of two extension ring group
Using 3CXPhone for windows in CTI mode with desktop phone
Extension also configured on Android client
Incoming call sticks in display on 3cxPhone for windows after call terminated on the desktop phone
Clicking end results in invalid connection ID and have to exit and restart 3CXPhone for windows.

Any ideas? It's becoming annoying to the users :)

This may also happen if 3CX for Windows apps is running in more than one location for the extension. Looking into that. We use remote desktops mainly for 3CX for click to call, but we also install it locally on some pc's for access when not using the remote desktop. So perhaps this isn't just an android app issue, but an issue with the extension running in more than one 3CX app?
