3CX Phone

    We have an issue with the 3CX phone which disconnects after 1m 10 secs on internal calls only about 50% of the time. Has anyone else experienced this please?

    Need more information.

    Are you talking about the 3cx pbx (this forum) or the 3cx softphone for windows (the next forum down)?

    Can you post some logs? This isnt normal so appears to be a problem with your setup.

    Is it more than one extension?

    Also can you start wireshark on that computer where is 3cx phone or on the server side to see which side disconnect the call?
