Solved 3CX Phonebook not updating

    Hi

    I have a t46s running on the latest supported software for 15.5. The phone is configured via RPS and works with no issues. But the 3cx phonebook is not populating.

    I've tried reprovisioning several times, but phonebook wont update or populate. I've also verified the link on the phone GUI settings and it does pull the xml file if I browse to it in a browser.

    Guessing as you have setup the phones using RPS these are remote phones.

    Make sure firewall ports are open - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/

    Log onto the phone GUI (password is under extension - phone provisioning tab -> Phone Web Page Password), under Directory - Remote Phone Book you will see the url the phone will get the address book from, may sure the url / ip points to the correct location and the port is open on the firewall.
