In the RC Client, when creating a webmeeting, the Bandwidth settings is missing.
You should be able to see settings similar to the image i've attached.
If you don't see the bitrates in the image, can you please make sure you've installed the latest 3CX Phonesystem V15 from our Website?

My expirence is actely after installing 15.0.55857 ( The RC version ) It was ok in the Beta version.
After checking this further, it seems this is a translation string issue with our 3CX Client. It'l be fixed and deployed in the next update.
