3cx phonesystem not reachable

    I have installed the software , everything is registered

    Trunks/ports registered.
    service status all started.
    firewall test , all green and ok.
    system extensions all registered.

    Extension status not registered...

    if i want to use the windows phone client and i fill out everything i get is not reachable....

    what do i need to do ?

    Sorry, not clear on what is happening?

    What versions are you dealing with?

    You say that extensions show as registered but then...Extension status not registered...

    So what is not registered? The 3CX Windows phone? Is it on the same LAN as the 3CX PBX?

    If so, how did you provision it?

    Do the other extensions all work as expected? What type of sets are they?

    What does the 3CX server log show when the 3CX Phone attempts to register?
