This is the second time that this has happened. We are running the latest version/service pack (v12 SP3) of the 3CX Phone System Pro. It is running on MS Server 2012 Standard Edition. Unfortunately, we have now had the 3CXPhoneSystem.exe (3CX PhoneSystem Service) crash twice. When it crashed any active calls remain visible, but no calls are actually ongoing. Furthermore, no new calls can be initiated and inbound calls are non-existent. A restart of all services resolves the problem, but we cannot have this issue continue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
