    Hi,

I have some problem with two services.

I cant start Call History and Queue Manager services.

Sometimes they start when I restart the server.

Without this services the Log of calls don´t work.

    Hi tobiastromm,

Have you try a complete uninstall of the 3CX Phone System, restart your computer and then install 3CX from scratch?
    Maybe this solves your problems?

Although my spanish is very poor it looks like you are timing out starting the service and no other logs.

I would try to uninstall and then reinstall as it may have caused a problem.

You could also try to go into the Services on your PC and manually start it to see if it starts then stops or doesnt start at all.

Are you running v9 with sp5a?

So it didnt start in a timely manner, rather than start and then stop due to an error.

In which case i would suggest an uninstall then a reinstall of v9 (back up your config first).

    I do this:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922918/en-us

    The service start.

I will test tomorrow again (when restart the server) and post the result.

    Thank You.

    Glad it started.

I think that it is a symptom of another problem though.

I dont know if these would rely on windows trace services which is the cause of those other errors.

Possibly a corruption or not enough resources on your server to run everything? What are your CPU and Memory %'s?

    Ei

so I think the problem is the hardware too old.

I did change the value to 9000.

The service started correctly in the morning when the server did start.

    Thank You.

    Leonidas,

I did add the registry DWORD Value like Microsoft KB say.

But i did need to change to 90000 (Microsoft say to change to 60000):

I think it´s because this computer has a lot of services.

    Thank You.

I would stop and then manually start the services and look at the load and also which service dependents take the time to restart. It could be a bad installation or it could be just slow reading from the disk.
