3CX portal not working?

    I am trying to access my 3CX BPX portal and it is not coming up.

    I am getting "This site can’t be reached" error.

    Is anyone else having issues?

    I tried to ping the IP and that is not working also.

    Are you referring to a PBX Express installation?

    Hi Guys,

    We have a pro licence running on our AWS. The service is running, however, I can not connect to the PBX Portal.

    By "the service is running" you mean the AWS instance (vm)?

    You need to make sure that all the 3CX services are running. Use SSH to log on to the server and check.
