3cx Proxy Manager > inbound calls not working

    today when i came to the office, the HDD had broken in our server so i connected a new hard disk and installed windows 7 on the server.

    I installed 3cx Proxy manager, disabled UAC in windows and disabled all firewall functionality.
    the IP is the same on the server however our phones no longer work with inbound calls, outbound works fine.

    Our office router has never had any configuration for port forwarding and has always worked fine with all our phones.

    Do you know what could be causing the issue???

    We use Snom 360 phones (screen shot attached)
