3cx Reporting (V.10)

    Hi,

    I am trying to access the reports to see which users are answer most calls etc.

    I came across this post -> http://www.3cx.com/support/3cx-web-reports/

    But when accessing the reports section via http://[PBX IP]:5000/Reports (obviously replacing [PBX IP]) I get a 404. Do I need to enable/install anything to get this to work?

    Matt,

    Per your subject i asume your running 3CX v10 if this is the case there is no web reporting in version 10. This feature was introduced in v11. For reporting in V10 you have to log into the server and pull up the reporting app.
