Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get some reporting on phone call routing and the call reporter app isn't really doing it for me. I have a few queues set up and after a set period of time the caller gets routed between these queues. Is there a way to get a report on how many of the calls are 'escalated' after the fixed period of time?
