Solved 3CX Restore - Issues resolving FQDN

    I had to restore a 3CX due to machine failure. The initial machine was on premises. I have successfully restored the 3CX backup file on to an AWS deployment.

    However, I am having issues accessing the 3CX using Https or IP address. I can remote desktop in to server and load the 3CX management console, but not remotely. The firewall is wide open, as it rule it out during troubleshooting.

    When I do a nslookup, it returns the correct IP address.

    Any thoughts?
