3CX Ringing Tone

    I've Googled and Googled and not found what I need...

    On my 3CX system (version 12), I need to change the ringing tone (so what plays while I am waiting for the other person to answer). I use Cisco 7940 phones, and I need to change it from the US one to the UK one. I've already changed the parameter for the USProgressTone to what I want, but that only affects voicemail etc.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Depending on the destination of the call, and the device you are using, the ringback tone could be generated in one of a number of places, including the set.
