ok

Is it server side configuration is working or not why i am asking

we have configured 3cx with bitrix but we need to add webhook URL to each 3cx client manually then only while making calls to 3cx account extension number we receive pop-up in bitrix

Hello I'm also trying to make a connection between bitrix and 3cx. For me the client side integration works but the server side connection test tells connection to bitrix was correct, but came back with empty result.
Any ideas?

Check if the contact is saved in Bitrix using exactly the same number, including any prefix. Also you can try changing the settings from the 3CX Console > Contacts > Options > Match Caller ID's to a contact entry > Match exactly.

Hello Ernesto,

thanks for your support. The contact saved in Bitrix has exactly the same number. I have changed the Option to exact match, but the result is still: "CRM Integration is working OK but contact number does not exist. Check log for more info or try a different number."

When I call in with enabled client side connection everything works like a charm. The website with the Bitrix contact pops up and everything works.

When I open the URL in browser I will also find nothing:
{"result":[],"total":0,"time":{"start":1539596726.632381,"finish":1539596726.720945,"duration":0.08856391906738281,"processing":0.012701988220214844,"date_start":"2018-10-15T11:45:26+02:00","date_finish":"2018-10-15T11:45:26+02:00"}}
Should I also ask the biotrix support?

I would check with Bitrix support why the API is not returning any record if you have a contact with that phone number...

It took a little bit of time from my side, but bitrix answered my question and for me the solution seems to be changing the method in the template for bitrix.
Bitrix support send back to me that I should follow this method:
https://training.bitrix24.com/rest_help/crm/auxiliary/duplicates/crm.duplicate.findbycomm.php
and taking the crm.duplicate.findbycomm instead of using crm.company.list or something else used in the template.
My problem I'm not a programmer and I don't know how to change the template.

Could you help me please?

Because of the format of the response of that method, you can't use it from the 3CX template. It just returns the IDs, and you would have to chain other scenarios to get the contact details, however you can't specify a rule to identify all the records due to the reponse format.

This is not the way to go. The integration is working for lots of customers, and works without issues in our testing environment as well. If you can't find contacts, then probably you're receiving the calls with a prefix for example, which causes that the number received is not exactly as it is saved in Bitrix. You need to fix that in order to make this work...
