3cx server updated and now my trunks are marked as unsupported

    I have .flowroute.com trunks they both show up with a green dot but no calls in or out.

    Not sure what to do.

    make an outgoing call and make an incoming call..
    What is the error you get?
    if the trunk shows unsupported it means that you used a generic template to create the trunk. You dont need to if flowroute is supported. We have a template for Flowroute US.. Us that to create the trunks. I suggest you recreate them again.
