Has anyone had the problem where the new 3CX SIP client gives a double ringback tone when dialing out over trunks?

I've deployed the 3CX server on the Windows Server 2008 platform in a VM environment with a VoIP Unlimited SIP trunk.

When we dial internally, we get the correct ringback tone - which we've identified as the Alerting.MP3 file, but if we dial an outside number, the client plays the Alerting.MP3 file even when the PSTN starts to transmit ringback to the PBX - this makes us have two ringback tones over each other and it sounds awful.
I've tried shutting off the CIP client's ringback by renaming the file but of course this means that on internal calls, we get silence until someone picks up the other phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have to Demo the server to a potential client this morning.

have you tried to check the "Suppress early sounds" option in the Preferences dialog?
P.S which 3CXPhone version you're using? (the one listed in About)
