3CX Skype Connect

    Dear All,

    I am using 3CX version 12.5. when setup 3cx skype connect the port trunk status is registered but i could not call out and also there is no in/out information at trunk port when i dial to mobile number.

    Thanks for any comments to solve this.

    The 3CX Server log of a call attempt may shed some light on what is happening. It may be your outbound rules, and what digits are being sent out, if the call is getting that far.

    I think outbound rule is ok even it is wrong it still show call routing to that port when make dailing.

    Another question is to call out from 3CX Skype connect it use skype balance or skype manager balance?

    ...and what response is shown in the log when the call is connected to the trunk? Is there a time-out, is the call rejected by Skype?

    As I don't use the service myself, I can't answer that, but someone else on the forum probably can.

    Are you certain that you are sending the correct number format, and by that I mean including any required prefix? From what I've found, the numbers must be in the International Format.
