3cx soft client 15.5 and server 15, keypad disappears after call connect

    Gday All,

    I don't know if this is necessarily a supported configuration, but i upgraded the Windows software client to 15.5 and left the server at the latest 15 version, as i didn't want to rush the server part in case of any issues as its business critical. We just noticed that when you dial a number that requires a key input the software client disables and greys out the number keys, so if you dial into a menu system you need to use the keys on the phone rather then the windows client.

    Is this expected behaviour due to the new way of controlling the phones, or is this a bug?

    Hello @Brad Cann

    Please note that when using CTI this has always been the expected behaviour as the keypad always becomes greyed out after the call is made.
    All input must be done using the phone
