3cx soft phone Manager View

    Hi,

    Is it possible to disable the "Manager View" in 3cx soft phone??
    I see that all the soft phone clients are able to access Manager view, Queue Manager view, receptionist view etc. I want to restrict it to only "user view".
    Is it possible?
    Please let me know how it can be done.

    Hello @techdummy

    Unfortunately this is not possible but kindly note that even though the views are present, each extension will be able to use functions that are enabled to it from the extension' settings.

    @mariosM_3CX is it possible to disable softphone users from viewing all the available queues?
    We have a number of queues and in the previous version(v12.5) that we were using the softphone users weren't able to see the Queues available, this is something we need as we dont want users to transfer the calls to other queues.
    Now, in the 15.5, I see that it is showing up the queue numbers.
    Eg:
    When the user types "3" on the keypad, softphone lists all the extensions and even Queues starting with "3", like "3002-sales queue", which wasnt there before. This is something that cant be allowed in our environment.

    Please let me know if there is a way to disable the users from viewing all the available queues.
