3CX SoftPhone - Auto Provisioning not saved

    Hi there

    I've got a problem by auto provisioning my 3cx softphone. nearly every day i got the message: No SIP profile found...
    Then i have to click on "Auto provisioning" and go to 3cx management console to assign to an extension.

    I think it could be a problem with dhcp, because there are dynamic ip addresses in our network. Could this be the problem? Is it possible to do the auto provisioning with dynamic ip addresses?

    I use it on a laptop and the laptop is used in numerous locations, most using DHCP. I also have clients that use it also using DHCP and these are on desktops. I have not had any such issue.

    Have you tried manually provisioning just to see if there is a difference?
