Hey guys,

thank you very much for your latest feature for sending files but I would like to suggest maybe to have some kind of popup feature when the chat is coming in or a seperate window that opens or notification in the windows notification center. Also several customers missed the chat and complainted about the chat not beeing visible enough or beeing to complicated to access.
