    Hello,

I have Vonage VOIP service, and I would like to know how to configure the 3CX Client for Windows.

Would anyone know how to configure the 3CX softphone Windows client to work with Vonage service?

    Thank you!

I believe you need to have a Vonage SoftPhone Line in order to use the 3CX Client with Vonage. If I remember correctly it's an extra feature that you can add when you're logged in to the Vonage user portal. I also believe it costs an extra 4 or 5 dollars a month for it.

    Let us know.

Thank you Mr. Chapman. That makes sense, as I would think there needs to be some sort of registration. Vonage had put out it's on PC-to-Phone software called VonageTalk. It was released as an Alpha version, and then the company dropped support and development. Maybe I can use the registration information in that software and plug it in to 3CX. We'll see. I'll loop back here and let you know.

    Thank you again!
