Suspect that I'll answer my own question while asking it, but....Intermittently users cannot dial the additional digits needed to access IVR system menus at various outside businesses - banks, mortgage companies, etc. Problems are most consistent on remote extensions. Call path for the remote users is DS-3 to Internet; Internet to remote server; server to gateway; gateway to QSIG PRI in TDM PBX; QSIG PRI to NI2 PRI in TDM PBX; NI2 PRI to CLEC Paetec. Users have tried with both local and remote settings in softphone profile. Ideas?
