3CX Softphone tunneling problem..

    Hi,

    I try and connect to the PBX via a tunnel on a PC on the same network and everything works fine. BUT! When I try and connect to the PBX from a PC not on the same network via a tunnel, it doesn't connect. I've read the manual umpteen times and followed it by the letter in regards to port forwarding. Do I need to use the Proxy Manager or is there a way without it being used?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    helo,

    do you have open port 5090 ?

    do you have the last VOIP phone and the last 3cx system ?

    can you send the systelm log please. you don't have need use proxy.
