3CX softphone

    Hi,

    3CX softphone is showing "3CXPhone lost registration Network available:LAN" this happen when my Iphone lockout and not being idle for about 5min or more.

    Server: 3CX v11 SP3
    Phone: Iphone 4s version 6.0.1
    Softphone: 3CX softphone version 1.1.5
    Connection: Wireless Router
    Router: Linksys WRT54G Access Point

    this is a new issue/change in iOS.
    wifi will be disconnected with a warning by the OS even when we req. persistent wifi.
    after 6 minutes we get the wifi disconnection warning.
    We can do nothing about it.

    Hi Stefan,

    Are you planing to get this fixed on the next update? Because if this is the problem having users use Iphone is not a best idea.

    Ask apple to do something about it.
    Make a simple test, ping the wifi ip of the phone and lock it.
    wait for 6 minutes and you will see the ping is gone...
    How can we fix this?

    OK i will try to contact Apple. But have you contacted them and tell them this issue?
