3cx softphone

    The 3cx softphone shows during the first 30 seconds my contacts but then they dissapear to never be seen again, unless i restart my phone appliction and then for 30 seconds i see my contacts

    even my office 365 contacts dissapear after 30 seconds

    also there is no call log wich used to work a few months ago

    tried disabling firewall also didnt help

    also there is a second problem that if we call a number wich has options even if i press them a hundred times the options wont be given by us
    not on softphone or on the yealink phones

    the pbx is on version 15.5.6354.2
