TrueCNAM is a free service with API access that allows CNAM lookups and Caller Reputation lookups. https://www.truecnam.com/developers_api Ideally, 3cx could allow incoming calls to be screened through True CNAM. If a caller's reputation is sufficiently bad, either block the call or pass it to an IVR prompt that forces the caller to hit a random number or otherwise prove they are human. Callcentric offers this on their trunks, and it's been very helpful. I would love to see this integrated into 3cx. It would be a compelling feature.
