3cx system not working this morning?

    Hi,

    I've got a proper - paid for and licensed version of 3cx. My license type is 3CXPSMINI - and I'm running the latest SP of V11 (3CX Phone System Version 11 - Service Pack 4 - Build 28976).

    This morning I missed a bunch of calls - as all incoming calls were receiving the message "This feature not available in the free edition of 3cx" (or some small variation on that theme). This was happening on calls incoming on a VOIP line as well as an analog line (i.e. it was all incoming calls). By default my incoming calls go through to a call group - which I think is a feature not available in the free edition - so I guess somehow my 3cx installation had reverted to free edition only features?

    I restarted all the services and it seems to be working again now.

    However I missed a bunch of important calls. I need it to be more reliable.

    Any idea what happened? Why did my 3cx decide it was free edition? Anything I can do to avoid that in future?

    i was having the similiar issue as well, issue resolved by reactivate license online.
