3CX - Talkdesk Integration

    Hello everyone,

    We are at the moment trying to integrate Talkdesk with 3CX in our smartphones (eg, iPhone), but for some reason it is not working.

    Here it goes what our agent wrote:

    "I have installed 3CX softphone on my mobile and configured it as per the instructions from Talkdesk, but i'm getting status "In Office Unauthorised" and "Out of Office un-authorised".

    We following the instructions from this article (http://support.talkdesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200737479-3CX-iPhone-SIP-Client-Instructions). We contacted Talkdesk directly but they were able to support us. You can also see the picture attached of the settings we have in place.

    Hope you can help me in fixing this issue.

    So...and correct me if I'm wrong...you are attempting to run a third party SIP app on the iPhone, to use with 3CX, and the developer of the App won't help!?

    What version of the 3CX PBX are you running? There may be an incompatibility issue with a particular version. They should be able to confirm this.
