    Hi
Does anybody know if you can get a camera picture by 3CX winodws Phone?

We have a doorphone with camera and we have joined it to a sip server but with the telephone of that server you can just get voice that is why we decided to change the server to a 3CX.

    Thanks in advance

There may very well be some incompatibility issues.

it might help if you included the make/model of the door phone you are using and see if other members of the forum have had experience with it. While the 3CX Phone for windows will support video, it may not be the best piece of hardware to try to incorporate into a door phone.

We also have a door phone with camera (2N Helios IP Force) and we use Yealink T46G so I don't think they can display video.

I wondered if 3CX Phone Windows is in CTI mode is there any way the 3CX Phone can display video or is this simply impossible in CTI configuration?

Strange - H264 is no longer available in 3CX ver 15. I presume based on this post that it was available in previous versions

It only ever supported H263 as far as I can remember.
