Can you post the 3CX server logs showing an unsuccessful call?

Have you setup the SPA3102 following the instructions in the guide?
http: //www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/linksys-3102/ - NO LONGER AVAILABLE

If you check the properties of the port 10000 do you have the options ticked to "allow incoming calls" and "allow outbound calls"

Also - the Ethernet cable should be connected to the WAN port on the SPA-3102
The setup guide mentions the WAN port setup in steps 6 and 7 but does not explicitly tell you to plug the network cable into the WAN port.

    Hi

I think that if you provision the device using V7.1 will help you :)

Upgrade to V7.1 and then redo you linksys in 3CX....then follow http: //www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/linksys-3102-provisioning/ - NO LONGER AVAILABLE
