3CX Update

    We are on Version:8.0.9532.468. The available version is: 8.0.10116; however, the download button is greyed out and the message states "Your version is up to date". Also, isn't version 9 availabe? Anyone have a solution to this or a different means to updating the system?

    I think you will have to backup, download, uninstall current, and install any updated versions and then apply your backup. Apparently version 9 may be able to be updated "on the fly", from what I recall reading.

    When you check to see if it is up to date, it is, for your particular version.

    For a V8 to V8 Upgrade you will have to Open the: Start > Programs > 3CX Phonesystem > 3CX Management Console and upgrade from there. We do not allow users to upgrade through the Web Interface, only the local interface of the machine.

    For V8 to V9 Upgrades, you will need to take a backup of V8, uninstall V8, install V9 and restore your backup there.
