3CX Using Exchange 2013 Auto Attendate

    Hi Forum

    We are running 3CX V15-SP3 integraded with Exchange 2013 UM.

    The Welcome messages recorded with a professional microphone sounds perfect with 3CX Digital receptionist, but when we redirect to exchange with the excact same voice file - it sounds distorted.

    We tried to downsample the voice file to -23dB of the normal output, but the problem persists :(

    We tried it in both supported voice formats waw and wma and with the correct settings exchange UM supports.

    3CX and Exchange is on two different servers - and there is no network issues of any kind.

    I dont know were to troubleshoot this - 3CX or Exchange side?

    Finally the voice prompts in UM and the recorded Voicemails are fantastic quality.

    Any Idea will be greatly appriciated :)
