3CX V.14 : Extension status doesn't change.

    Hi all,

    My user use 3cx phone but her status It doesn't change from barge in to normal.
    I try to drop it but I can't drop.

    Would you check if your soft phone is updated one or not?

    Now client update to v. 14 already. but still have same issue.

    Hello there,

    Please provide us some more information regarding your issue like what version PBX are you on and what version client are you running?
    Also let us know of the scenario this happens. Does it happen to multiple users and whenever you barge in?

    We use 3CX server and Client v14.049169.513.
    It happen with one user sometime status barge in (about 1 hour) and clear and happen again.

    If I restart 3cx server It should fix or not?

    This usually happens whenever you happen to barge in or listen in to a call, you lose the connection and then barge in again and you have a stuck call or you have a call between A-B that someone barged in and then someone also barges in or listens in and you have a call, or the other option would be you have the same extension configured on two different 3CXPhone clients and they both barge into the same call.
    Have you noticed if that extension looses registration often?
