3cx v10 spk6 - sip trunk are conec/discon every time!

    Hi,

    I´m facing too many times a day our 2 sip trunk disconnect/connect every time...

    I found this information in 'Server Activity Log':

    Are you sure that is a valid IP, I can't find anything on the destination (96.9.132.83)?
    Have you run the 3CX firewall checker lately?

    You may want to review the port forwarding setting of your router.

    Leejor,

    impossible to run the 'Firewall Checker' since it ask to stop the services... so the ports are not listening anymore.

    Which stun server do you use? It seems like your server cannot connect to the stun server you have defined. By default, 3cx uses stun.3cx.com. But I found that is not very reliable. I have been using stun.counterpath.com and it works quite well for me. By the way, if you have a fix IP address where your 3cx server is, you do not need to use stun. You can turn off stun on the network page of 3cx.

    If you have done all that and still having issues. Please stop the 3cx phonesystem and 3cx phonesystem sip/rtp tunnelng proxy and run the firewall checker and post the result here.
