3CX v12.5 and License

    Hello

    We have a license for 3CX Phone System v12 and we would like to upgrade to v12.5. Do we need a new license or is v12.5 included in the license for v12?

    Also, we cannot upgrade via 3CX Management Server because we have to do it with the installer. Is that correct?

    Hi,

    If you have a valid Maintenance then you don’t need a new license for v12.5
    Ensure you are running the latest Service Pack for v12 (SP6.1)
    Please take the following steps:
    - Backup v12
    - Uninstall v12
    - Install v12.5
    - Restore backup
