3CX v12.5 license problem on every server reboot

    Hi.

    I am using the new 3CX version, 12.5. Previously I was using version 10.

    Everytime my server is rebooted, 3CX some way lost the registered info (I am using the free registered edition, with 2 licenses) and the additional features are blocked until I reboot all the 3CX services.

    I think it try to contact the license server only one time, and maybe the internet interface are still not available and it don't try again.

    Any ideas?

    I do not want to manually reboot all the services after every server reboot.

    Maybe 3CX is already up and running before the LAN adapter is completely up and running.
    What is the 3CX log telling you at the system start?
    What you can try to do as workaround is to delay the 3CX services in there start-up cycle and see what happens then.

    The correct is 3CX retry after X minutes if internet link is down or something happens with the internet. Don't you think?

    Just curious, is it a vm running in a hyper-v environment?

    No, this is a Physical Computer.
