3cx V12 not saving recorded calls on server?

    Hi,

    I'm having an issue that I noticed, our PBX does not store recorded calls on the server, the recordings folder is empty even though all extensions have been set to record calls.

    Does anyone know how to fix this? Could it be a write permissions issue?
