    Hi Guys,

    Having an issue where active calls are getting "stuck", Even though the call has ended on the users side, on 3CX the call is running.

    Tried disconnecting the call from the admin console but get an exception error.

    Please any advice would be appreciated.

    Are these local, or remote extensions?

    If remote extensions, does the 3CX Firewall Test pass?

    Did this issue just start, or has it been going on sine the installation.

    If it just started "out of the blue", did something change (hardware, or firmware), on the network?

    Does the 3CX log (perhaps in verbatim mode), show anything unusual, for one of the calls?
