I find the lack of CDR in v14 utterly frustrating. Us paying customers, who need to recover costs of these systems, now have no way of recovering our costs! And to make matters worse the API is not even available for our billing software providers to be able to integrate with the new system. We invest in a platform that we assumed has some stability and standards only to be dropped by 3CX. For a simple feature like CDR. I cant fathom the mindset that lead to it being excluded. Do we (the paying customers) get a credit for the months that we could not upgrade and take advantage of the new features due to this shortcoming?
