3CX v14 and no CDR (Call Data Records)

    I find the lack of CDR in v14 utterly frustrating.

    Us paying customers, who need to recover costs of these systems, now have no way of recovering our costs!
    And to make matters worse the API is not even available for our billing software providers to be able to integrate with the new system.

    We invest in a platform that we assumed has some stability and standards only to be dropped by 3CX. For a simple feature like CDR. I cant fathom the mindset that lead to it being excluded.

    Do we (the paying customers) get a credit for the months that we could not upgrade and take advantage of the new features due to this shortcoming?

    The CDR feature will return to v14 in the upcoming SP2 update which is due to be released shortly.

    Thanks for your reply Charles

    Do you have a rough idea when SP2 will be released?

    Need to know if I should get my license key get reset to ver 12.5 and downgrade to do billing run OR if SP2 is due this week I can wait for it.

    @Charles_3CX: I know - it's done when it's done - but do you have any ETA for SP2? (and can you confirm CDR API is included within SP2?)
    As we also in desperately need of the CDR API ... for a Hotel-installation of V14 3CX ...

    a few Hours later and SP2 is released ... hehe ... will wait for some Feedback on stability/issues and then Upgrade and test CDR! ;-)

    CDR is back. But only calls going forward.

    Is there a way to generate CDR for the calls that we have missed?

    FYI:
    CDR new location: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs\CDRLogs\cdr.log
    New CDR has a different layout to previous and import format will need to be changed.

    Just trying out the CDR Feature - it also shows missed calls ... using "Client /Active Socket" configuration.
