Tried to install SP3 on V14 and it just does not install.
Logged onto the server, opened the Management Console selected the update and clicked on Download Selected.
Get the message about stopping the services, downloading and then installing.
It certainly does stop all of the services but nothing else. Waited about 15 minutes and still nothing.
Tried 3 times and each time it was the same.
    Has anyone else seen this?

Our 3CX Server is a VM with Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

I would make sure your windows updates (especially .net) are up to date, reboot the VM and try again.

Installed all of the latest Windows updates, have .NET 4.5.2 installed and still have the same problem. When trying to install the SP3 to V14 all of the services shut down and nothing happens.
    Any ideas????

I could have a look in the Updater logs to see if that gives you any clues. Those are found here:
    - C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\Updater1.log
    - C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\Updater2.log

    Nick,

Noticed in the log that one of the services was not stopping. Waited for the service to stop and ran the updater. That did the trick.

    Thank You Nick............... :D
