Solved 3cx v15.5.8291.3 SSL certificate not renew!

    I've SSL certificate not valid after 02/02/2018, automatic renewal did not happen, my maintenance expires 26/10/2018. Can you help me?

    Are you using your own or a 3CX provided FQDN? Is this a local or hosted installation?

    Hi, i use a 3cx provided FQDN (xxxxxxxx.3cx.it) in a local installation.

    Please make sure that you can resolve activation.3cx.com and letsencrypt.org correctly when you perform an nslookup. Also did you get a email showing that your certificate did not update correctly?
