Hello Community. Got stumped during implementation of a 3CX v15.5 fully patched system today. Hoping for some help from the guru's. Phones are All T46S Yealinks on latest firmware. Sample inbound logic. DID 555-555-0101 DID 555-555-0102 Sample Phone Config. Account 1 X 101 Account 2 X 201 Ring Group 1 X 201 Members: 101,102,103 Ring Group 2 X 202 Members: 201,202,203 Calls recieved on 555-555-0101 go to ring group 1 Calls recieved on 555-555-0102 go to ring group 2 BLF Config - Same across every phone reguardless of extension. BLF 1 - Shared Park 1 BLF 2 - Shared Park 2 Issue Description: Call 1 incoming is picked up from ring group 1 by extension 101. Call 2 incoming call to ring group 1 while user is active on the call (extension is set to accept calls from ring groups) Call 1 is placed on Shared Park1 successfully by pressing BLF Shared Park1 User then Picks up Call 2 by pressing SoftKey Answer and are successfully connected. When User Attempts to Place Call 2 on Shared Park 2 by pressing BLF Key Shared Park 2 the phone displays Cannot transfer and then displays HOLD. the caller hears the on hold music and shared park 2 is not lit indicating the call was not successfully transfered to the shared park 2 extension. Perhaps I am missing something as this behavior occurs in the same way "transfer failed" on Account 2. Any help is greatly appriciated.
