3CX v15.5 Edition Upgrade from Std to Pro

    I have 4 Sim Calls Standard Edition

    I paid and upgraded my license to 4 Sim Calls Pro

    But in customer protal License Key does not change
    It shows below with the same License key
    Product 3CX Phone System Professional
    Version 15.5
    Licensing 4 Sim.Calls, 2 G.729
    Key expiry Perpetual (does not expire)

    Do i have to do anguishing in PABX to get pro features and pro features will be automatically be applied to PABX ?
    Because it is still same license key , Or Do I have to restart 3CX Services or just restart Server ?

    Hello @mobilowa

    In the PBX you can just navigate to settings / licence and click edit and then ok. This will force the PBX to re-activate the licence key and apply any changes. If the key has upgraded in the customer portal to pro you should not need to do anything else
